Bazi of DSK - Completing the picture

I know many bazi enthusiasts have been discussing intensely over DSK and I am also flattered to know that my recent blog post on him has triggered some debates in the forums. That is a humbling experience for me. Unfortunately, I did not sign up the forum earlier and could not share some of my views - which would otherwise help me to complete the picture of my analysis. But luckily, I have the chance to read some good arguments and valid points put forward by some bazi practitioners in the forum (I did not contribute anything so I am not able to see too many things).

In my journey of bazi, I have learnt from several bazi masters and I have realised that almost all of them have different school of thoughts. Each has its own system and level of accuracy on certain aspects of analysing bazi. I have experienced shen sha system, pictorial system, zi ping system, divinative bazi system and etc. You then judge for yourself, through many many bazi analyses and research, which methodology gives you the highest level of confidence. I am lucky I have found something I am very comfortable with.

One of you asked me if he can fit into Wealth creates Sha category. My answer is yes you can use the Xin Si hour pillar - as long as the heavenly stem (in my opinion) is not water. But for me, I choose to have fire revealed based on certain experience. I just hope DSK can come to my dream later and tell me. But I learned from my french friend that they do not have the hour on their birth certificate. They got to ask their parents - provided they can remember :)

If water reveals, then DSK will become 财多身子弱. And he cannot then be so rich. Then water element will be his favourable element which to me does not make sense for him to have suffered such ill fate this time. The effect of fan yin will also be reduced. Shouldn't favourable water resource star bring him more luck? Again, the principles are based on what I have inherited from my teacher and my experience with such bazi.

In the bazi system I use, I have never neglected Luck cycle. This time round DSK has. like one of you also rightly pointed out, 破格 as water is negative god for a follower chart. Plus, his self element is rooted too this year. The last water cycle was not so bad because Gui water was combined ("hamstrung") by the Wu earth and hence its effectiveness is reduced.

"Follow the wealth Daymaster" to me is not a formation like Eating God Controls 7 Killing. It is a category of where your strength of the bazi fits into. Either your bazi is weak, strong, vibrant or follower. Of course to complicate matters a bit, you have fake vibrant and fake follower charts too.

The luck cycle of DSK since young is very good as all his positive elements revealed on heavenly stems. Some practitioners look at earthly branches only but I focus on stems on my reading. This is probably why some students feedback "new school of thoughts". I do not think it is new as the principles I followed are from classics. It is probably a different perspective.
