Heard from Grapevine...Believe it or not.

Coffee Shop Talk 1:

One of the Singapore most famous masters, located at Fu Lu Shou, did an audit for a client. As usual, he charges about $2k for the audit but later recommended the client to buy a crystal for $6k to be placed at the home.

Client refused. Master insisted.

He told client that he would only release the report of the audit after client bought the crystal.

I thought client already paid for the audit and hence he has the right to ask for the report?

Talk about professional ethics....sigh.

NB: By the way, crystal is not part of feng shui. It is a western thingy. So, do not be fooled.

Coffee Shop Talk 2:

World renowned lady feng shui master who has published many many books was taking a break during one of her talks.

She was approached by one of her fans and was asked a basic technical question that any feng shui master will have no problem in answering it.

As she was probably caught off guard and did not prepare her model answer, she immediately rubbed her forehead and told the fan that she suddenly had a headache and need to rest.

The fan then walked away. World famous lady master then resumed her talk in high spirit and continue to humour and engage the crowd.

Coffee Shop Talk 3:

Famous black face feng shui master who is lecturing in one of the institutes of higher learning is not really competent in his Chinese mother tongue. Yet he always makes reference to and recommend his students to read certain chinese classics.

He gives his students the impression that he is a super duper skillful feng shui master that knows feng shui inside out.

On one occasion, he and his students went to one of the students' house to do practical since it was part of the course programme.

He confidently pointed out the do's and don'ts in the house. The student then rode on this invaluable opportunity to let the master read his father's 'bazi in front of the other students.

"Urh....urh, your father is an officer, high ranking official.....ya ya he is an official ...hmmm.... anyway, official lah...." The master uttered.

"Anything else you can read, Master?"

Silence.

Somewhere in the living room, there hangs a portrait of the father in army uniform.
