This is the bazi of Dominique Strauss-Kahn (aka DSK). A french man who was heading the IMF till the day he was arrested for sexually assualting a hotel chamber maid on 14 May 2011.
An economic professor and lawyer by training, DSK has held positions as Minister in the government throughout his illustrious career path. He is also closely watched as one of the potential presidential candidate for France 2012 election.
In my opinion and from my experience, this is a bazi that belongs to the special category of Follower chart. Specifically, this is a "follow the wealth" structure and the fire element is the Useful god or yong shen for him.

Besides Fan Yin,
Can we say that Xin and Bing lock up and although does not transform due to not in season, (with water being sexual matters),
the loss of the arbitrating god Bing, means that he has stopped 'performing' or 'seducing' through the hurting officer star to get the wealth, or 'woman'?
If that's the case, then the incident may have a grain of DNA to it.

there are a few versions of his birth hour. I used xu hour because bing is revealed and in my opinion someone like him who is learned, witty, charming, a diplomat and a professor of economic kinda meet the attributes of hurting officer.
