Secret Formula to Feng Shui Success

.

I cannot believe I have found the secret formula. I think I have wasted my many years of learning and practising feng shui.

I was at a mega mart this morning and chanced upon this book. I think I must be blessed. Wow, it must be the best day of the year - maybe my main door has all the white stars at that hour -that actually triggered me to flip to this topic about remedy on missing corners.

It says that if your wealth or love corner in your house is missing, you simply install a mirror there to reflect and "extend" the space so that the void is "filled up".

It also highlighted that this is the feng shui secret that not many people know.

Now, I have a problem. I am staying at 14th floor of an apartment with my wealth corner of Period 8 missing. I guess I have no choice but to hack down the wall and install a mirror.

Not sure if the authority will approve my plan. Not sure if in the market they do sell huge wall-size mirror. Damn, the author did not say if I should turn my mirror towards the outside or towards the interior of the house.

This must be the secret that I need to pay for I guess....sigh.

Blink - that guided intuition

.
Got a request to select a flat yesterday. Usually, before I step out of my house for such assignmet, I will open up the bazi chart of that day, at that moment to cast a divination. Well, the star in the palace representing the house was not positive. In addition, there was a punishment. Blink.

When come to house selection, I am always more kiasi (Singapore lingo) or cautious. Anything that compromises on the heath aspect is a no-no. My client is already predisposed to certain health condition relating to woman. So, I must ensure that the house does not aggravate her condition. Instead, the energy should heal her.

When the elevator door opened, a lady greeted us. She was limping. Yes, she just injured her ankle and was bandaged. Hmm, not so good sign. Blink. [If you look at the flying stars chart, you will know why she injured her ankle. The Tai Sui has triggered the 8 4. Come next year, the son would suffer.]

I took out the luo pan, checked the sitting and immediately plot out the chart. It is a Period 6, South (Bing) facing house. See the layout here. Main door combo is a no-no. My client and her family, the outgoing tenant and property agent were eager to know the answer. The agent seemed to be praying for a YES.

Few people know that I also use San He at times for my audit. So, I checked again on the Na Yin of the house. Bloody hell, the needle pointed to a big Kong Mang in the 72 dragons. Need not say more.

The whole process took me 15 minutes the most. We then wrapped up everything and adjourned to the nearby coffee shop for the famous duck rice stall...

Ding Tai Feng

Ding Tai Feng is the name for a famous local chinese restaurant chain. I quite like the fried rice and especially the delicious 小笼汤包. It is their chef-recommended dish. There is always a queue infront of entrance and it sometimes take you more than 20 minutes to be seated. The prices are not that cheap because the restaurants are located in prime shopping malls but still, it is a resonably good place for families who want to gather for dinner.
I am not sure if many people know about the derivation of the name of the restaurant. If I am not wrong, this brand name was borrowed from a famous restaurant in Taiwan which is named after 3 hexagrams viz, Ding, Tai and Feng.
But why these 3? Reason is simply because they are arguably the more auspicious hexagrams among the 64 hexagrams family.
Their full name, for your info, is as follow:
Ding : 火風鼎
Tai : 天地泰
Feng : 雷火丰
Nothing got to do with Name Analysis. This is one of the many examples that I-Ching or Yi Jing has influenced and infiltrated our daily life. Alot of chinese words or phrases that we use today are actually borrowed from Yi Jing.
For instance, we say that someone is 八卦 (ba gua) if he or she is busybody; or something has 变卦 (transformed gua) when a plan has changed.

"Palmist raped her claiming it would end her bad luck. -Daily Chilli"

She is really in bad luck to have bumped into such crook.

Her palm looks like 断掌. That may explain her predicament. So sad.

Master of Feng Shui

.

Are you Feng Shui Master or Master of Feng Shui?

I think I would aspire to be the latter. I feel that the title "Feng Shui Master" has unfortunately been abused and is associated with some negative connotations. To address myself as a Feng Shui Master somehowmakes me uneasy. It is akin to telling people that I am an property or insurance agent. Nothing wrong with being a agent but somehow it does create some form of impression to people who hear this. (In Singapore context, the term agent does not gel well with the clean image of its industry). The next thing you know is that people start to look at you differently. Why such reaction? Who is the culprit who caused this stereotype? It must be the self-proclaimed MASTER.

Being able to master a subject takes great effort, passion and commitment. It is a life-long learning journey. As a master of any subject, it implies that one has very intimate knowledge of his field. He is a T-shape person with breadth and depth. He knows his subject inside out and is able to translate profundity to layman language. He never fails to answer all your questions and is eager to share more on his findings. He helps you with sincerity and is resolved to see you through the problem. Most importantly, he learns and uses feng shui for a good cause and is not purely driven by money.

So, have you ever wondered what is in the DNA or bazi component of a good feng shui master? Or rather, what takes to be a feng shui practitioner? Can anyone become one? Or is this art only for the select ones? Who has the affinity to learn feng shui and other form of chinese metaphysics?

My personal take is that everyone can learn feng shui but not all can excel in this field. Perseverance and passion are the 2 basic key success factors. But to become a Master of Feng Shui, the bazi (based on what I gather) usually consists some or all of the following traits:

1. Either good Support stars or Output stars. Best if they are your Useful God or Yong Shen. In Chinese, there is a saying "伤官佩印,能学术数。" It means that Output star accompanied by Support star in the chart has the quality to learn the art.

2. Tai Ji Nobleman Star (太极贵人)

3. Heaven Doctor Star (天医星)

4. Water Day Master - coincidentally, the 3 teachers that I have studied from are either Ren or Gui water. Strong or weak? Does not matter.

For those who wants to know if you can consider a career switch to become a Feng Shui or Bazi Consultant, do check if you have some of the above.

How to locate item 2 and 3 in your bazi? You can email me at destinyasia@hotmail.com. I will give you the formula.

Cheers!

Taking Stock

Phew, so much happenings for the past 2 weeks. Alot of things on the head. Yes, I think I have a bit of overdose on Xie Zi Fa thingy although I must say I like it. Blogging is really wonderful. One of the benefits is to have fruitful interactions with the like-minded. I also make new friends through this platform.

Xie Zi Fa has triggered a fair bit of hype recently. I visited some blogs and enthusiasts have shared alot of insights into this amazing art. Well, I learnt about this thing from my teacher known as the String-theory. Yes, there is this M-theory too. I really respected our ancestors alot. Before such theories were founded by western scientists not too long ago, our great great grand fathers have talked about this 11 dimensions thingy and how it was applied in feng shui to perform miracles. OMG, I thought I only knew 3-D and the most 4-D. How on earth can we live in a 11-dimensional world and not knowing it? How to apply feng shui in 11 dimension? One yao equals one dimension. A hexagram has only 6 yaos. And is this a rocket feng shui science?....oops sorry am I touching on sacred cow? Better stop here.

A friend of mine also emailed me last week and we have great discussions on the topic. We also discussed about fighting the San Sha and I must take this opportunity to thank him for sharing the method and his experience. I learnt that not only we can fight San Sha but also 5 Yellow and Sui Po. My concern is what if we fight and lose to this merciless energy? The payback is huge. I think I prefer to be less adventurous in this instance. I cannot afford to lose a family.

Oh ya, I read somewhere that says that if you are a doctor and makes mistake, you kill a person. But if you are a irresponsible feng shui master, you can kill a family. To illustrate, in one of Zeng Zi Nan's real cases, there was this old man whose late parents were buried on inauspicious site selected by half-baked master. What happened was that, his other 3 brothers all later contracted stomache cancer. 2 younger brothers died during surgery and the other one had half of the stomache removed. This old man also later contracted the cancer at the age of 70. All the major hospitals diagnosed that the cancerous cell had multiplied and spread to other organs. The old man was told that he was too old to go for any treatment and in fact awaiting death was the only option.

The grandson then approached Zeng for his help. What Zeng did was to unearth all the buried and relocate them to a good spot using his XZF. Zeng then wrote down in a piece of paper stating that "the grandfather would fully recover without any intrusive treatment within 100 days". It seems that Zeng was so confident about his XZF that he always issued guarantee letter after every job. He would also publicly announced few weeks in advance the phenomenon that one would see during the time of burial. This prediction is done using yet another amazing art known as the San Yuan Qi Men Dun Jia Date Selection Method. One example was for the case of former Taiwanese Vice President. The phenomenon was usually natural, for example, you will see the appearance of rainbow and hundreds of birds flying over the site at that precise moment the burial takes place. OMG, is he a living deity?

Miraculously within 10 days, the symptoms of the cancer started to disappear just by him taking normal gastric medicine. The old man later lived healthily to 80 plus.

This is one of the many thousands of cases done by Zeng. Unfortunately, he only passed the knowledge to his son. I heard he did have students but most of them did not outlive Zeng. Even if one of them is still around, he/she has taken an oath not to teach or publicise. Nevertheless, it seems that there are people who claim that they are using XZF although I am not sure how far does it deviate from the original one.

One very famous young master has told the media that he ever spent $40,000 Euros to get a formula. I heard it is XZF but it is the original stuff that has existed 1,700 years and was passed down by Yang Gong? I do not have the answer. But if it is really the XZF that can help people to end their sufferings, $40k Euros is cheap. I believe the return on investment will also be within 100 days.

Subsidiaries of Xie Zi Fa

.
Xie Zi Fa was formerly known as San Yuan Di Li.

In the early years, Grandmaster Zeng actually introduced and promoted San Yuan Di Li Feng Shui in Taiwan. He said that 三元地理是真传. It then created a wave and fashion in the fengshui circle when everyone also started to jump on this bandwagon. Practitioners all brand themselves as San Yuan Di Li Masters. The term became so ubiquitous that it was no longer a novelty.

Zeng then coined the term Xie Zi Fa to replace the old name. And again, everyone started to copycat. In fact, there were a lot of spin-offs like:

- 大些子
- 小些子
- 连珠些子
- 正些子
- 奇些子

To Zeng, all these are adaptations which were not endorsed by him. There is only one Xie Zi Fa. This art is not a new creation and it does not deviate from authentic feng shui or the study of Kan Yu. Xie Zi Fa is still within this realm.

From what I read, in order to command that 起死回生 power (meaning reviving the dead), Zeng always selects a good date using San Yuan Qi Men Dun Jia (not the normal San He method using 9 palaces) to either do the real burial of the ancestors or carry out the live burial (做生基) for the terminally ill. I will share some cases in my next posting.

The hype of Xie Zi Fa is not recent. In fact, it started so long ago. Anyhow, since I am into research of Xie Zi Fa (not on the secret formula), I better learn the lingo too.

Next time when I see you, I will tell you either "OMG, your house has 翻些子." or "That's marvellous because the formation has 合些子."
