Carlos was born on 28 Jan 1940. I have extrapolated his birth time.
Geng metal born in winter season. Is his Daymaster weak or strong? In my opinion this is a weak chart. His current luck cycle is Geng Wu - fu yin onto his day pillar. But it is a positive fu yin.
If this is a strong chart, then 2009, 2010 and 2011 would be considered unfavourable years for him since earth and metal elements revealed on heavenly stems. However, he is ranked world's richest man in 2010 and 2011.
One thing to note is also the presence of an excellent bazi structure - Geng chopped Jia to lure Ding formation - all on heavenly stems.

Forbes calculated if he hadn't given any money away...his networth stands at USD 88 billion.

In my opinion, all these successful billionaires or people have useful god born in season, rooted, revealed and not countered.
Most of the elements in their chart are positive too. Making them very talented and gifted in certain areas.
